Many of my clients are accomplished leaders or those on a fast track to leadership. Because even brilliant leaders experience mindset and motivation challenges that can undermine self-confidence, resilience and credibility.

You set the goals, I provide the expert insight and support to help you achieve them. Together we’ll unravel the issues, find the deep connections and reveal new clarity and awareness.

How I can help
I’ll offer probing questions and compassionate challenge, with some laser focus and lightness – to prompt and empower you at your own pace.
Where appropriate, we’ll also draw on my own leadership background, and relevant theory and models to help set your challenges in context and forge a positive way forward. Because it can make coaching more effective by identifying some key points of focus quickly, this could include drawing on a personalised C-Me Behavioural Profile, if you don’t already have access to a psychometric report.
1:1 Clarity Session
A standalone, super-focused session to tackle a specific issue or dilemma and help you work towards a tangible outcome – whether that’s a series of actions or a transformational mental shift. If you’re at an impasse or feeling like you need to offload, this is a speedy way to get back in control. The length of this session is determined by the work we need to do together, but is typically 1-3 hours.
1:1 Development Coaching
This option generally shapes up to be a series of 6 sessions focused on pre-defined outcomes, run over 6 months.
It’s ideal for situations and issues where you have the opportunity to ‘test’ and challenge yourself within your work environment, so you can grow towards your outcomes.
Group Leadership Coaching
Join a confidential community of like-minded leaders who come together to tackle common areas of development, such as communication, coaching skills, and effective team leadership. We meet on a regular fortnightly basis to dip into some relevant theory, and benefit from a dedicated space to share and receive support.
